hey.. back again.. hmm today woke up mornin went training.. trainin waz at nyjc.. haha hard workout i guess.. did 8 times 400 meters.. muz hit below 90 secs... but all of us hit below 80? arnd dere.. haha bleah.. den after trainin we went town go eat e suki sushi-i tink- at cine dere.. hmm ok lar.. not bad.. haha ate alot... yea.. show ya da pics.. but some pics abit blur le.. bleah i no skill take lar.. hmm
